Return and refund policy please go through the policy before returning items to
check your eligibility,  

  1. Regular Price Items,
    The products must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tickets attached, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. All products must be returned within 14 days from the date received.
  2. Custom Items,
    All custom print items and custom-made items are non-refundable. Please make sure your design instructions and all photo quality are included with your order. We will use the photo you send us regardless of the picture quality.
  1. On Sale and clearance items,
    On Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged as it in final sale.
  1. Damage Items,
    Please send us an email to 
    info@bakabozza.comwith the order number and damaged items photo, we will open claim with the carrier. please keep item in shipped box as you received it as this is carrier requirement in case of inspection needed once carrier claim gets approved will refund you the item or replace it depend on your decision. If carrier decline the claim will refund partial payment for the item up to 40% of item value .
  1. Replacements,
    We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bakabozza.com with pictures of the defective item and will go ahead and replace it for you at no charge.
  1. Lost Orders
    We provide all of our customers with a tacking number once the order has been shipped. In case of a delayed shipment, you will need to contact your post office or shipping company to track the order.
    In case of an order being lost we always go back and check the tracking information. if your order was marked as delivered by the shipping company, we assume that your order was received. if your order was stolen from your neighborhood you will need to contact the police and or your local post office to let them know of mail theft.
  1. International Customers,
    We do not accept returns from international customers.
  1. Refunds,
    Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your order, we will inspect it, once inspection is done, we will send you an email to notify you with decision. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

  2. How to request refund ?
    If you have account with us please log into your account find the order you want to request for refund and click the request for refund button there and we will get back to you with your refund status . if you dont have account with us you can email us with your order number and we will get back to you .
  3. Shipping Cost ,
    Shipping cost is not refundable at any condition and customer is responsible about shipping . if your order was under free shipping  a shipping fee will be deducted from refund .
